Fostering Innovation: Creating the Space for New Ideas

In this interactive session, you will explore how to create the space in a corporation or small business where new ideas can flourish and activate your ability to turn ideas into action. Specifically, learn the phrases that kill new ideas and the words to get ideas out of your stakeholders. You will learn quick exercises to bring fresh thinking into out-moded processes and tips on how to structure the day to allow for free thinking and intentional doing.  Thoughtful innovation also requires looking at your leadership style.
