Kristin Huber, SHRM-SCP, SPHR
Kristin Huber, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is the Director of Human Resources with a global technology organization in Austin, Texas. With more than 20 years of experience in HR, her career has been spent primarily in the technology industry. Working with startups, medium-sized companies and large multinational corporations has given her a broad range of experience in human resources. With deep experience in talent acquisition, organizational design, employee relations and leadership development, she partners with organizations to enable key business outcomes.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) national chapter and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Austin Human Resource Management (AHRMA) chapter.
She joins the Center for Professional Education as an instructor in the Human Resource Management Certificate Program in the Spring of 2021.
Huber holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Resource Management at the University of Southern California with a planned graduation date of December 2021. She also holds a SHRM-SCP and an SPHR certification.
