Liliya Spinazzola, M.A., ACC, CPC, ELI-MP

Liliya A. Spinazzola is the Senior Director of Extended Campus Custom Training at The University of Texas at Austin. Spinazzola’s passion is facilitating professional and personal leadership development with a primary focus on leveraging performance-based principles, as well as applying innovative concepts geared towards explosive growth.

Spinazzola has over fifteen years of educational program development and operations experience in the international and corporate arenas where innovation and growth were the primary drivers of her successful track record. She has created and championed cutting-edge programs in for-profit sectors that have raised millions of dollars in revenues.

Prior to coming to UT Austin, Spinazzola was the Director of the International Academy at the Quarry Lane School, located in Northern California. In this capacity, Spinazzola developed the International Academy that now attracts students from over 60 countries. She developed an international marketing program which leveraged relationships with various recruiters both domestically and internationally, as well as with student placement organizations and multi-national “Fortune 500” companies. 

Spinazzola also has extensive curriculum development and teaching experience in the higher educational setting, where her passion for education and personal and professional development were on full display.
