Marie Snidow, SPHR

Marie Snidow is Sr. Consultant and Founder of Albright Snidow, a talent management firm providing employers with a full range of services designed to develop high potential talent, emerging leaders and senior leaders. She has over 25 years of experience in talent management, including leadership development, talent development and executive coaching. Snidow most recently served as Head of Leadership Development and prior to that, Head of Learning and Development for a global company with 5,000 employees. 

Snidow is a skilled coach, helping leaders function effectively under pressure and in organizations experiencing rapid growth or change. She also has extensive experience designing and facilitating mentoring, high potential and leadership programs, as well as  facilitating leadership off site meetings and team building sessions.  Her experience spans a wide variety of sectors, such as technology, medical device, semiconductor, biomedical, R&D, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, energy, financial services, pharmaceuticals, environmental and insurance.

As a leader in her community, Snidow has most recently served as an advisory board member for Seton Hospital Northwest in Austin and as leadership coach for the executive team of Austin Women in Technology.

Credentials: 

Marie Snidow received her bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, and her Master's degree in Counseling from Amberton University. She is a Certified Master Coach and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
