The Online Project Management Certificate Program is intended to introduce you to the essential skills and processes of project management that are recommended by the Project Management Institute (PMI)^®, the leading not-for-profit professional membership association for project management professionals.

In this course, you will discover a proven framework for leading and directing projects and project teams to deliver results on time and within budget. Learn the essential processes of project management and be able to incorporate them into your career with confidence. While this is not a test-prep course, the program does provide the education requirements needed to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP)^® or the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)^® certification exams.

This course is self-paced and 100% online, providing you with four months to complete the entire program, accommodating busy schedules and allowing you to learn on your schedule and at the pace you prefer.

A majority of the online course takes you through all of the steps of planning a project, such as:
