Program Overview:

What does it mean to be a project manager? Can’t you manage projects, even if it’s not part of your job title?

Project managers are professionals who understand and manage the processes of work. They have the ability to see beyond staff roles and output (the product or project) to the connections between, and they nurture those connections to get results. Today, professionals with project management skills are needed in every industry and at all levels to lead and direct ever-evolving projects and teams.

The Online Project Management Certificate Program is intended to introduce you to the essential skills and processes of project management that are recommended by the Project Management Institute (PMI) ®, the leading not-for-profit professional membership association for project management professionals.

In this course, you will discover a proven framework for leading and directing projects and project teams to deliver results on time and within budget. Learn the essential processes of project management and be able to incorporate them into your career with confidence.
