Our online program offers the opportunity to earn the educational hours required by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) for those wanting to become licensed realtors for the state of Texas.

Per Texas Real Estate Commission rules, each course within the program requires a proctored final exam. Depending on the testing center selected by the student, a proctoring fee may be assessed and is not included in the course fee. The exams themselves are taken online.
