Vaishali Jadhav

Vaishali Jadhav started her career nearly 20 years ago as a consultant with the Gallup Organization where she used the organization's powerful Q12 and StrengthFinders assessments to help clients cultivate strong and engaged leaders and cultures. After receiving her MBA from Rice University, she moved to Washington, D.C. to work in learning and development for two professional services firms. She then accepted a role at Whole Foods Market and was excited about the opportunity to marry her professional and personal passions.

At Whole Foods Market, she worked on a variety of learning and talent management programs including deploying its first competency model, co-producing its inaugural Team Member Innovation Challenge, facilitating global and regional strategic planning and stakeholder summits and launching the learning program for WFM’s new store concept, 365 by Whole Foods Market. She loves working for purpose-driven organizations and is excited to help companies create purpose-driven organizations and leaders.

Vaishali holds an MBA from Rice University and a B.A. in sociology from The University of Texas at Austin. She is the president of the Austin Chapter of Conscious Capitalism.
