Bryan Gardner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Bryan Gardner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a Director of People & Culture with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Austin, Texas. In 2020, Bryan celebrated 25 years of service with Four Seasons where he has acquired extensive career experience in workforce learning and development, compensation and benefits, change management, employee relations, risk management, talent acquisition, organizational development, and strategic management. He has also served in HR leadership roles at the Four Seasons Biltmore Resort in Santa Barbara, California, Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, and the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Bryan is also an Adjunct Professor at Austin Community College in Austin, Texas where he has taught courses in human resources management, leadership and entrepreneurship for the past 19 years. In the fall of 2015, he joined the Center for Professional Education as an instructor in the Human Resource Management Certificate Program.
Gardner holds a B.S. in hospitality administration and a B.A. in Spanish, both from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he graduated with honors.
