C3 Presents was seeking a training program for our Directors and Managers that could meet the need to develop their leadership skills as well as be a good culture fit. While our culture is very laid back, we have a very dedicated team that works hard and does what it takes to produce the best festivals in the world. Dave and Liliya have been wonderful partners in helping me develop programs that meet the team’s needs and finding engaging instructors like Deborah Kerr (who scored high marks with the class attendees). The training has benefited both the Leadership team and the company as a whole.
